starting panels A & B - first two days

Panel A is made up of 6 smaller panels which are joined together.

Sculpting the clay to form the main shape of the artwork.

The test panel was designed so it could be reused for the final artwork.

Sketching the design to 1:1 scale on butcher's paper first.

Early ideas.

 The first steps are the most important once for creating a solid base for the rest of the work. They are also the most adventurous.

First Test (colour concrete + water + art + engineering)

after days of sketching, collecting leaves and sculpting the oil based clay with various tools this is the final clay model which is going to the mould maker and will be reproduced in colour concrete by the end of this week
